Harcourts is pleased to introduce Lisa Black as its newest licensed Property Manager. Her decades of customer service experience with companies such as NBC Television, Towery Publishing, Neptune Orient Line and Matson Navigation, have left her uniquely equipped to ensure that property owners, investors, and tenants always find their needs not only met, but exceeded. Born in Southern California but raised by the world, saying that Lisa is multifaceted would be an understatement. Having spent decades working in the sales sector in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, and Toronto, customer satisfaction is what Lisa strives for. As someone who rented when she first moved to Vancouver and now leases her own properties in the city, Lisa understands the market from both perspectives. When she’s not helping owners and tenants, Lisa will likely be found enjoying Vancouver’s outdoors. As a member of the Deep Cove Wave Crashers Dragon boat team, a season pass holder to the Sea to Sky gondola, and an avid hiker and snowshoe enthusiast, Lisa takes in as much of the city’s natural beauty as she can. However, none of these activities compare to the 2-year sailing voyage that Lisa and her family completed from New York, across the Atlantic through the Mediterranean and back. As a product of the 80s’ self-improvement movement, Lisa was not only an avid attendee but also marketed and facilitated self-improvement, sales, and organizational courses for Dale Carnegie, Priority Management and Brian Tracey. For Lisa, nothing compares to working closely with clients, giving full transparency with integrity, and leaving both the tenants and owners smiling. If you are looking to achieve your goals with your investment properties, Lisa is the right choice. “Most people don’t plan to fail; they fail to plan.” - Dale Carnegie “Do not strive to be a person of success, but a person of value.” - Einstein (This is not just a tagline for Lisa, but a way of life.)
